What data we process

Only what you give us when you write or call: usually your full name, company, email address, phone number, the content of your request and any attachments.

Why we process it

Only to answer your request and, if you ask for one, to prepare a quote or a technical proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not use the data for marketing, newsletters or profiling, and we do not pass it to third parties for those purposes.

How it is processed and who receives it

The data is handled by the Mavert staff who deal with requests, using electronic tools and appropriate security measures. It may be stored with our email service provider, acting as a data processor.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to follow up on your request. If a business relationship follows, the data is kept for its duration and for the periods required by law.

Providing the data

Providing data is voluntary, but without a way to reach you and the content of your request we cannot follow up.

Your rights

At any time, by writing to info@mavert.it, you can ask for:

• access to your data and a copy of it
• correction of inaccurate data
• erasure, or restriction of processing
• data portability
• to object to processing

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies

This website collects no data through forms, uses no cookies, tracking or analytics tools, and loads nothing from outside services: the typefaces are hosted on the site itself.
